EACH TIME you begin your yoga practice, you should engage in the idea that you are doing it for the first time. You want to be in that state of innocence which helps you to learn and grow. This approach is particularly relevant at times when your regular time on the mat has been compromised. This is often the case at year end. KICK START your practice in the new year with a weekend workshop. All categories of asana will be covered in depth. This workshop is open to anyone who has studied Iyengar yoga continuously for six months.
