The old Sanskrit word Lila means play. More than the ordinary sense, it means divine play; the play of creation, destruction and re-creation, the folding and unfolding of the cosmos.
In this workshop we will explore a diverse and dynamic approach to asana practice. Building awareness from the known archetypes of asana and then deconstruct our samsakras (mental impressions or psychological imprints). We will recreate a fun framework to play with stability and mobility in our daily practice.
Sutra 2.46 talks of cultivating practice “with steadiness, ease and grounded in joy.” So then let us refresh our practice and rejuvenate our spirit with a joyous childlike wonder.
This Zoom weekend is a playground for you to explore, expand and evolve in your Yoga Sādhanā.
