This three day workshop with H.S. Arun will move you deeper into your practice. Arun is a yoga teacher from Bangalore, India and a long time student of B.K.S. Iyengar and the Iyengar family.

His teaching is fun.  He weaves his a great sense of humor and a creative use of props through the classes making you want to learn from him.
