This 3 day workshop with H. S. Arun will move you deeper into your practice.  Arun is a yoga teacher from Bangalore, India. A long term student of B.K.S. Iyengar and the Iyengar family.  His teaching is fun with a creative use of props. He has a good sense of humor and makes you want to learn from him.  He is an amazing yoga teacher.
